Josh Victor Rothstein is a director and photographer with more than two decades of experience creating documentary, commercial and branded work. His clients include Condé Nast, Hearst, Puma, Samsung, HP, Jack Daniel’s and Heineken, with recent work spanning healthcare, lifestyle, music and socially driven storytelling. Josh has directed three feature-length documentaries, including the award-winning Dukale’s Dream, and brings a documentary sensibility and distinctly human approach to projects across film and photography.
Trish Dalton

Trish Dalton is an award-winning DGA director and producer known for powerful documentaries and mission-driven storytelling. Her work includes the Emmy-nominated Diane von Furstenberg: Woman in Charge, HBO’s Student Athlete, Reggae Girlz, and One Night Stand. Over her two-decade career, she has directed notable figures including Oprah Winfrey and Hillary Clinton and created work for HBO, Hulu, Capital One, Microsoft, Adidas and LeBron James..
Matt Cohen
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Matt is an Emmy award winning Executive Producer and serial entrepreneur who cut his teeth assisting Jerry Bruckheimer on a number of films in NYC. Shortly after, he co-founded the now world renowned social media and content agency, Laundry Service; Matt operated as the COO/Executive Producer until the sale of the company to Wasserman Media Group and his tenured departure.
Mark Sparrough
CINEMATOGRAPHER
Mark Sparrough, SOC, is a New York-based cinematographer and camera operator with over 20 years of experience across film, television, documentaries and branded content. His work includes projects for HBO, Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, National Geographic, Showtime and major networks, with assignments ranging from scripted productions to filming President Obama at the White House. Mark is a member of IATSE Local 600, the SOA and SOC.
David Steingard

David Steingard is an entrepreneur, attorney and co-founder and CEO of Laughing Man Coffee. A former Brooklyn criminal prosecutor, David has built businesses across marketing, technology and hospitality, with a focus on usingbusiness, storytelling and community as vehicles for positive change.
Maria Cristina
POST PRODUCER & COORDINATOR
Maria Cristina is a Puerto Rican writer and post producer whose work spans film, television and interactive media. Her credits include the documentary Before We Leave Venezuela and MTV’s 16 & Pregnant. She earned her MFA in Screenwriting with honors from Columbia University, where she received the Emerging Female Filmmaker Award. Her screenplays have been recognized by the Sloan Foundation, Humanitas and Austin Film Festival. At Bend, she brings her storytelling and editorial experience to post-production, helping guide projects through final delivery.
Jill Rothstein
WARDROBE STYLIST + CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Jill Rothstein is a New York-based stylist and creative director whose career brings together her love of fashion and working with children. With a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University, Jill brings a unique sensitivity and attention to detail to her work with both children and adults. Her clients include Little Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors Kids, Farfetch, Maisonette, Luibelle and Cabbages & Kings, with editorial work appearing in Milk, Hooligans and Schön.
Jess Van
EDITOR + FILMMAKER + PHOTOGRAPHER
Jess Van is a documentary filmmaker and photographer whose work explores climate justice, migration and community resilience. A graduate of Syracuse University’s Newhouse School, her films include After the Ashes and I Belong Here. She also creates film, photography and multimedia work for mission-driven organizations.
Joe Hoenig
EDITOR + WRITER
Cutting his teeth on the vast quantities of BTS Greatest Showman footage - Joe demonstrated his strong organization skill sets and creative chops by helping to craft 5 short form videos. As a filmmaker himself, Joe is a strong visual thinker and can often be found on set assisting various productions. With an eye towards a future in writing and directing - Joe continues to learn the craft by working as an editor on both commercial and long form projects.
Vianni LaForce
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT & PHOTOGRAPHER
Vianni Laforce is a photo and production assistant who supports projects across both production and post-production. On set, he works closely with the creative and production teams across photography and video, while in post she assists with editing, color grading and the preparation of final assets.
